Nan and Grandest's neighbour comes rushing over saying that there was a boomslang on her deck.

Typical Nan - "Don't kill it" she says "I will chase it away."

We dashed over - camera in hand - to find this snake - definitely no boomslang!!!!

Grandest arrived a few minutes later - looking armed and dangerous!!!!!!!!

But by that time the "boomslang" had, with unhurried ease, slithered away.

Another day in Africa!!!!!!!!!!!!!
