Got to see a nice hexagon bag at the Patchwork Angel - a lovely customer allowed me to take a photo of it.............

Charlotte decided that this is the only way to get attention during rugby season!

 Kerry and I made the local paper................

 I washed my hexagon quilt - it still looks good after 10 years of wear and tear.............

Hospital food - not the best............

Another recipe for you to try Mom - it's really good with steak............

Lentil Salad with chargrilled mushrooms and asparagus
1 x 400g brown lentils - rinsed
1/2 small red onion - ch
1 tblsp balsamic vinegar
pinch of castor sugar
olive oil spray
4 large flat mushrooms - I added more
2 bunches asparagus - trimmed and halves crossways
1 large chargrilled capsicum - thin strips
1/2 cup continental parsley
1/2 cup ricotta
Combine lentils, onion, vinegar and sugar in a bowl
Preheat grill - spray with oil - chargrill mushrooms
Transfer to plate
Grill asparagus until tender
Halve mushrooms
Combine ingredients and top with ricotta.
Very nice the next day too.
