Thursday night's productive people.............

Dearest Mom
Letitia has most definitely found her quilting mojo - she made this beautiful quilt - of which her husband is most proud!!!!

She bought a long arm quilting machine a while back and is quilting up a storm!!!!
Her next project is a hexagon something - I think it is a table runner...........

Letitia quilted Jane's quilt - yup, you heard correctly - Jane finished a quilt!!!

These are the fabrics that she is working with at the moment................making a bag, I think.

There she is nitter nattering away!!!

Jules was also binding a quilt - nice and modern...........

Marlene was knitting a little jumper out of this pretty ancient pattern book !!

How cute were the little boys back in the day with their short back and sides???

I had to take Squashy to the vet - she was a little under the weather!!!

Mom and Nunu - try these - they were delicious and healthy too.....

Sundried tomato and cottage cheese muffins.

1 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup soya flour
1cup almond meal
1tsp baking powder
1/4 cup chopped sundried tomatoes - I added a little more
1/4 chopped fresh basil
1/4 water
4 eggs - lightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
I added cayenne pepper too

Preheat oven 200C
Mix all dry ingredients with 1/2 cup of parmesan
Then add basil and tomatoes making sure the tomatoes are evenly distributed
Add eggs, water and cottage cheese
Spoon into muffin papers
Sprinkle remaining parmesan
Bake for 30-35 min
BUT both times I made these they only needed about 15 min - so check.
They are worth making.
