The wedding!

Dearest Mom and Dad
Herewith some photos of the day. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot but ..................
Gareth decided that he would have a lunch for the "boys" before the wedding. The groomsmen were unable to attend the Bucks night - so Gareth thought it was a great way for them all to meet each other before the wedding.

Bonding over boerewors rolls and a chicken dish made with Mrs Balls chutney - that was Gareth's favourite growing up in Umhlanga.

It was a great idea.....................

Button doing my hair ............

Gareth and Vaughn - both very emotional..........................

Frankie - the best man - sorting it out.................

Frankie and Ray - very serious - what wonderful men they are.

The prayer flags I made - blowing in the wind - spreading the love.

Up close..................

The wedding cake was made by Chloe's Grandfather - it was beautiful and so, so special.

Chloe's magnificent bouquet - designed by a friend of hers.

While the bride and groom were having their official photos taken - the guests were served canapés and booze. Sue and I took advantage of a few of the props ............. so lovely to have her there to share the day with me.

The photographer popped over to Gareth's house to take a few photos of the groom and his men. Gareth and Gus - don't they have a beautiful backyard.

The "boys" - just chillin.........................

Chloe, as expected, made the most stunning bride. In fact, as I am typing away, I am still reduced to tears.

So beautiful and gentle and elegant...................

Chloe's shoes, bouquet and dress.

Hayley, Chloe and Button. GORGEOUS!

The little bags I made for Chloe and her bridesmaids - I filled them with chewing gum, band aids, Panadol, tissues etc.

The weather was gorgeous too.......................

Lots of kissing going on...........

Chloe and Gareth chose "Sunshine" song to walk down the isle to.

Chloe was driven to the wedding in vintage cars.

The setting was wonderful too - this building was built in about 1889..........

I cannot wait to see the rest of the photos........................

Such a wonderfully, special, special day........... how I wish you could have been there to share it with us all.

I love this photo......................

I made the seating plan thingy..................

The table numbers were photos of Gareth and Chloe when they were children.

Sisters.

Siblings.

Gareth feeding the birds on their "honeymoon" - love the robe.

The videos Button collected from family and friends in South Africa were  heartbreaking poignant but added to the evening in a tangible way.

All my love
Jenny
